If you like lemons, this is the most lemony of the lemony-est desserts. Rich and moist and bright and fresh and BURSTING WITH LEMON FLAVOR. I didn't have ice cream or whipped cream but I think it would compliment the cake nicely. Next time!
I think I could have cooked mine for 5 more minutes, but I didn't complain about the ooey gooey-ness.
It is pudding cake after all!
