Balestier Road Hoover Rojak seemed like a popular stall in the Whampoa Drive Food Centre. although there was a short queue but it's not like the crazy queue like the Toa Payoh Rojak at Old Airport Road Food Centre. The rojak that they served is definitely better than most. Their prawn paste mix with the peanuts was quite good but the dough fritters and the tau pok that was served seemed soggy. I prefer to wait a bit longer for the dough fritters and the tau pok to be grilled hot which made them taste beter with the prawn paste sauce. Our S$3 plate of dough fritters and tau pok was just enough to share as sides.
