Spring dessert!

We had one of my sisters over for dinner tonight, and as it finally seems like spring has arrived here, we used the barbecue! It's still pretty cold and there's a lot of snow left, but the sun is shining and it warms quite a bit as well.



This was a great dessert - super quick and light. Just cut up a perfectly ripe pineapple - finding one can be challenging though. Finely grate the zest of one lime and mix with a few spoonfuls of sugar, using your fingers. Sprinkle on top of the fruit, and voila!
