Sunday Funday may be over, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy an adult beverage on Monday. It's Manic, after all, and mania pairs nicely with alcohol. Over the weekend some girlfriends and I hosted a little baby shower for Mrs. Chasing Thirty, and us non-pregnant ladies enjoyed this Pomegranate Margarita.
