Green green salad

Yummy crunchy lunch today! Romaine lettuce, apple, avocado, cucumber, lightly blanched broccoli and sugar snap peas, and a little bit of slivered pistachios.



Dressing was a store-bought Caesar - pretty boring, next time I'll make something myself.
