I have just discovered these little cubes of goodness: fresh frozen garlic and other herbs. Oh don't be like that, I use the REAL fresh stuff MOST of the time, but us parents need to sacrifice our time in the kitchen sometimes. There are toys to be broken and feet to be dirtied, dammit! So far I've only tried basil and garlic cubes and I must say, they taste VERY FRESH. Also, they melt into your saute pan and just soak up everything with flavor. I am a fan. (Found them at Trader Joe's.)
