Just like I said I would, I am going to give you the recipe for this divine salad. It belongs to my mom's good friend Trish, and I think she deserves a standing ovation (get up). Creamy avocado, toasted pecans, earthy wild rice, perfectly poached chicken, crunchy pea pods... I never would have thought to put all of these things in one salad and yet, they are PERFECT FOR EACH OTHER. Make it.
