I have a big deadline for some study I have been doing bearing down on me, so to spare you such posts as "Chicken and chips - to gravy or not to gravy?", I am taking a break.  I have so many little gems I want to share but just haven't had the time to drive out to visit them properly, so this will give me a chance to catch up.
